• Booking Terms and Conditions

PLEASE come to your appointment alone, don't come with extra person.

 

We understand that things come up but PLEASE notify us at least 24 hours in advance, this will give us time to book another client into your time slot. Clients cancelling with less than 24 hours' notice are required to pay €20 for any reserved appointment in order to continue booking future appointments.

 

If you cancel your appointment on the same day, you will be charged an additional fee of 50% of your treatment cost.

 

Arriving on time ensures that subsequent clients are not delayed. If you are running late for your appointment, PLEASE inform us.
-Arriving 10 minutes late= Additional €5 fee.

-Arriving 15 minutes late= Appointment will be automatically canceled,  and you will have to pay a €20 penalty. If you don't wish to pay, I will not be able to service you in the future.

-Rebooking  the same appointment after a late arrival of 15 minutes = Additional €15 penalty.

PLEASE remove all your make up before your appointment. PLEASE come without lash glue or mascara. If mascara needs to be removed, there's a €10 charge. If it can't be removed, we will not be able to provide the service.

NO SHOW appointments will be charged 100% of the booked service(s).Failure to pay will result in not being able to book future appointments.

 Frequency: Lash refills are required every 2-3 weeks (up to 4 weeks>not for everyone), depending on your lifestyle, lash growth and lash style. If at your refill appointment your lashes are less than 40% full, it will be considered a fullset.

 

• Non-Refundable:

These appointments are available at an additional charge of €20.

Please keep your lashes clean for better retention.

We do the work for you, but you need to take care of them.
